What are your working hours?
We are open every day from 9:30 AM to 10:00 PM.
Which areas of Mumbai do you serve?
Our shop is in Chandivali, Andheri East, and our technicians visit homes all over Mumbai. Tell us your area when you book and we will confirm the visit.
Do I have to bring my appliance to the shop?
No. Home Tech Fix is a home visit service, so the technician comes to you. If a fault needs more than a home visit, the technician will explain your options first.
Pricing and payment
How much does a repair cost?
The cost depends on the appliance and the fault. The technician inspects it, shares the cost upfront and starts the repair only after you agree.
Repairs and warranty
Is the appliance tested after the repair?
Yes. The repair is done at your home and tested before you pay.
Is there a warranty on repairs?
Repairs come with a repair warranty. The exact period depends on the repair and the parts used, and the technician confirms it before the work begins.
Which brands do you repair?
We work on common brands of appliances and electronics. Mention the brand and model when you book so the technician arrives prepared.

AMC and support
What is an AMC?
An Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) covers regular servicing of your appliances. It includes 2 to 4 service visits every year, priority repair and clear pricing. See our AMC plans.
